Keynote @ Handelsblatt Change Congress

Some 300 executives, consultants, and thought leaders got together for two eventful days to join for many exciting lectures, workshops and discussions.

In his keynote on the future customer and the design of business model innovation Michael Shamiyeh explained why organizations have to focus on various customer segments in order to beat powerful competitors. He showed that outperforming competitors is not just about serving undershot customers by delivering better products or services, but also to address and - more importantly – design the needs of overshot customers and non-consumers.
